We want you to really love and enjoy your Cicely & May products; please read for a few tips that will help you really get the best out of your items.

Candles

Please ensure the first burn of your candle melts the wax completely across the candle jar - this prevents the wax from tunnelling and will help you get the longest burn time out of the candle. Always trim the wick to approximately 5mm before lighting, and make sure you burn your candle on a flat surface that won’t be damaged by heat. Never allow a candle to burn down completely; once there’s 5mm of wax left in the jar, discontinue use.

Soy Melts

Use one or two Soy Melts in your wax melt burner, with an unscented tealight. Once the Soy Melts are finished, allow the wax to cool then gently pop out any remaining wax. Please don’t leave the burner unattended whilst using.
