HAPPY WEEKEND

It’s Friday! We’ve had a few lazy days here this week which has actually been really lovely as it’s meant we can catch up on a few things, and the kids get to be bored (I’m a big fan of not having something planned for every day of the holidays. Those are actually the days I remember loving the most from childhood). Anyway - here’s some fun links for things we’ve been watching / reading / coveting.

I’ve had this recipe saved for ages and I think this will be the weekend we try it!

We watched The Gray Man when we returned from holiday and loved it. Chris Evans makes a great bad guy.

Speaking of movies, Evie asked to watch this the other day and I couldn’t be happier about it. How good does the second one look?

I finally got round to reading the first of The Thursday Murder Club books on holiday and loved it. A funny, clever, easy read. I’m currently reading the second book in the series and enjoying it just as much (the third book comes out in September!)

These packing cubes were a game changer whilst packing for our holiday. I totally get why people rave about them. I packed day clothes into one cube, evening wear in another, swimwear / underwear in another cube. It was much easier unpacking then packing once we were away too.

And finally, after playing Uno every night on our holiday, we came home and ordered…DOS! So fun.
